• Client and contact organization
• Workflow and task automation
• Scheduling and calendar tools
• Marketing tools and communication features
• Data reporting and analytics
• File and note storage

Features may evolve or be updated without prior notice.

User Responsibilities

Users must:
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful and ethical business operations
• Comply with all applicable data protection and communication laws

Users are responsible for all activity conducted under their account.

Data Ownership & Permissions

Users retain full ownership of all data uploaded to the Service.

Users must obtain lawful, explicit consent from their own clients before storing their personal information in the platform or sending emails, newsletters, or messages through the Service.

Users must comply with:
• GDPR (European Union)
• CASL (Canada)
• CAN-SPAM (United States)
• CCPA/CPRA (California, where applicable)
• Global email and consent regulations

MarketMosaicPro is not responsible for verifying user compliance with consent laws.

Subscription Billing & No Refund Policy

Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing frequency.
All fees are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

You may cancel at any time.
Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Acceptable Use

You may not:
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Attempt unauthorized access or interfere with platform functionality
• Reverse engineer, copy, or clone the Service
• Use the platform to send unsolicited or unlawful messages
• Violate intellectual property or data protection laws

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

Service Availability

While we strive for high uptime, the Service may be unavailable due to:
