Fair Use Policy — Unlimited Contacts

1. What Unlimited Means

Every MarketMosaicPro plan includes unlimited contacts for normal business use. This covers your own clients, leads, sphere of influence, and prospect lists — whether that is 200 contacts or 50,000. Contact database size is never a pricing differentiator between plans.

2. What Is Not Covered

Unlimited contacts does not permit using the Service as a bulk data warehouse. Prohibited uses include storing purchased mass mailing lists, scraped databases, spam lists, or bulk records unrelated to your own genuine business relationships.

3. Large Imports

Very large imports (in the range of tens of thousands of records at once) may be subject to review before processing, and imports of hundreds of thousands of records are not permitted. This protects platform performance for all users.

4. Enforcement

If an account's usage appears to be data warehousing or spam-list storage rather than client relationship management, we will contact the account owner to discuss before taking any action. In practice, virtually no real estate professional or small business will ever be affected by this policy.
