Listening to Our Customers: Why We Introduced Unlimited Contacts
When we started building MarketMosaicPro, we made ourselves one promise:
We would never assume we had all the answers.
No matter how much planning goes into building software, the people who use it every day will always see opportunities that the developers don't. That's why we've encouraged feedback from the very beginning. Every suggestion, every bug report, and every new idea has helped us improve MarketMosaicPro.
Over the past several months, we've been fortunate to have a group of early subscribers who have been incredibly generous with their time and honest with their feedback. They've tested new features, reported glitches, suggested improvements, and challenged us to think differently. Their input has already made MarketMosaicPro a stronger, more polished platform.
Recently, one conversation with a prospective customer highlighted something we hadn't fully considered.
She told me she loved what she was seeing, but one thing gave her pause.
Our contact limits.
After taking a closer look at the leading CRM platforms in the market, we discovered something surprising.
Most major CRM systems don't limit how many contacts their customers can store. Instead, they focus their plans on the features that create real value, such as automation, marketing tools, AI capabilities, team collaboration, and communication.
It was one of those moments where we stopped and asked ourselves a simple question:
Are we limiting something that doesn't need to be limited?
The answer became obvious.
So today, I'm excited to share that MarketMosaicPro now offers Unlimited Contacts on every plan.
Whether you're just getting started or you've built a database over many years, your relationships should never be constrained by an arbitrary number.
Of course, we also have a responsibility to protect every customer's experience and maintain the integrity of our platform. That's why we've introduced a clear and straightforward Fair Use Policy.
It's designed to prevent abuse such as purchased marketing lists, scraped databases, or mass imports that have nothing to do with genuine customer relationships. At the same time, legitimate businesses with large client databases can continue using MarketMosaicPro with confidence.
This change reflects something bigger than unlimited contacts.
It reflects how we want to build this company.
We're committed to listening, learning, and continually improving. The best ideas don't always come from inside our office. They often come from the people who use our software in the real world.
Some suggestions will be small.
Others, like this one, will fundamentally improve the platform for everyone.
If you ever have an idea that could make MarketMosaicPro better, I'd genuinely love to hear it. We may not be able to implement every suggestion, but every one is carefully considered because your experience matters.
Software should evolve alongside the people who use it.
That's exactly the kind of company we want to build.
Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to share feedback, report issues, and encourage us along the way. Your contributions have already made a meaningful difference, and we're just getting started.
Here's to building something great, together.
