Purpose of This Policy

This Data Retention & Destruction Policy (“Policy”) outlines how MarketMosaicPro (“we,” “our,” or “the Service”) stores, retains, and deletes personal information.
Our objective is to ensure transparent and compliant handling of all data processed within the platform.

Scope

This Policy applies to all personal and business information uploaded, stored, or processed by users (“you” or “the user”) while using MarketMosaicPro.

This includes:
• Client contact details
• Notes, tasks, and communications
• Documents and files
• Calendar and scheduling information
• Account and profile data

Data Retention Guidelines

We retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Data categories and retention timelines:

1. Account Data:
Retained for the duration of the active subscription.
Deleted within a reasonable period after account closure.

2. User-Uploaded Content:
Stored as long as your account remains active.
Deleted upon account closure or validated deletion request.

3. Communication History:
Such as logs or message metadata.
Retained for operational and compliance purposes, then deleted or anonymized on a scheduled basis.

4. Backup Data:
Backups may temporarily store deleted data.
They are automatically overwritten on a rotating schedule.

User-Initiated Data Deletion

You may request deletion of data at any time by submitting a Data Deletion Request Form.

Upon receiving a valid request:
• We will delete the requested data from active systems
• Data may remain in backup storage for a limited period
• Once overwritten, backup copies cannot be recovered

We will notify you once the deletion has been completed.

Account Termination & Data Removal

When an account is closed:

• All user-uploaded data is flagged for deletion
• Platform access is revoked immediately
• Data is removed according to our destruction schedule
• Backup systems may retain temporary copies

Users are encouraged to export data before cancelling their subscription or closing their account.

Legal Retention Requirements

We may retain certain information for longer periods when required by law, including:
• Billing records
• Tax documentation
• Fraud prevention logs
• Security-related data

Only data strictly necessary for compliance will be retained.

Methods of Secure Destruction

Once destroyed, data cannot be recovered.

User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Ensure all uploaded client information is lawful and compliant

• Remove data promptly when required by their own policies or laws

Users bear sole responsibility for the legality of the data they store.
