REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the circumstances under which subscription payments to MarketMosaicPro (“the Service”) may or may not be refunded.
By subscribing to the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.
No Refunds on Subscription Payments
All fees paid for MarketMosaicPro are final and non-refundable.
This includes:
• Monthly subscriptions
• Annual subscriptions
• Renewal fees
• Upgrades or add-ons
Because users receive immediate access to the full platform upon payment, no refunds are provided for:
• Change of mind
• Lack of use
• Dissatisfaction with features
• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Inability to operate the Service on your device
• Third-party issues outside of our control
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not generate a refund for previously processed payments.
After cancellation:
• Your access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
• You will not be charged again unless you reactivate a subscription
Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing cycle selected at purchase.
It is your responsibility to manage your subscription settings and cancel before the next renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension.
Exceptional Circumstances Required by Law
Refunds may only be issued when legally required under consumer protection statutes applicable in certain jurisdictions.
These instances are rare and evaluated individually.
Under no circumstances will refunds be issued that conflict with our legal rights or the terms of this Policy.
Service Availability
Temporary downtime, technical issues, third-party outages, or platform maintenance do not qualify for refunds.
While we strive for strong uptime and performance, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotional offers, discounts, coupon codes, or free trials cannot be exchanged for cash value and are non-refundable.
